Adobo Paste Marinades – Red Enchiladas

Usage suggestion:
Place 2 oz. of lard in a skillet over low heat. Once the lard has melted, immediately add 16 oz. of ‘Adobo Farmful paste for Red Enchiladas’. Add a splash of warm water and increase the temperature to medium heat until the desired consistency is reached, ensuring all ingredients are fully combined. In another pan, add vegetable oil to fry the tortillas on both sides until they reach a soft consistency. Once the tortillas are fried and soft, coat them on both sides with the ‘Adobo Farmful paste for Red Enchiladas’ mixture. Once the tortillas are evenly coated with the paste, add your choice of filling – queso fresco with chopped onions and/or shredded chicken. Garnish with sour cream if desired, and your dish will be ready to enjoy!
