Adobo Paste Marinades – Birria

Usage suggestion:
Boil 2 gallons of water and add 1.5 oz. of salt to the boiling water. Incorporate 16 oz. of ‘Adobo Farmful for Birria’ into the same container and mix until fully dissolved. Next, add 8 lbs (2.5 kg) of barbacoa. Cook over low to medium heat for an additional 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and separate the meat from the water using a strainer (do NOT discard the water, as the mixture is intended to be served as consomé soup). This recipe yields approximately 96 quesabirrias and 48 consomés.
