Adobo Paste Marinades – Al Pastor

Usage suggestion:
Add 16 oz. of ‘Adobo Farmful Al Pastor’ to 8 lbs of raw pork meat, previously cut into strips or cubes. Place the raw pork meat inside a container and stir the adobo paste until all the meat is evenly covered. Once this step is complete, refrigerate the container for a minimum of 8 hours to obtain better results. After this time has elapsed, the meat will be ready to be cooked as desired.
